Dermapen Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive aesthetic procedure based on a handheld device fitted with fine needles that create controlled micro-perforations in the skin. These micro-injuries trigger the natural repair process, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. It improves the appearance of lines and wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks and skin texture.

A possible synergy
Microneedling can be combined with topical treatments to enhance its effectiveness, such as a hydrating or hyaluronic-acid serum. It may also be offered during a personalised cosmetology consultation.
It can be performed on all skin types, except black skin.
Results
Immediately after the session, slight redness and swelling may appear; they usually subside within the day and disappear within a week.
From the very first session, a tightening effect is seen, along with an improvement in scars, pore size and excess sebum. The skin is re-vascularised, more hydrated, softer and more radiant. The effect builds progressively and the improvement continues for several weeks after the treatment.
